70 Years at Black Hill Ranger Station

The Cecil County Forestry Board recently received several pictures of the Black Hill Ranger Station from the year 1949.  The house on the property (owned by MD DNR) where the forest ranger lived is still standing and is now occupied by a DNR Policeman.

The following pictures contain many of the old images, plus a similarly-photographed image of the current house in three instances.  Photos of the outbuildings are not compared, since placement of the new building is not the same as previous construction.
