Big Tree Program

The Cecil County Forestry Board has developed a list of county trees based on the same parameters as the Maryland Big Tree Program. Beyond determining the biggest (highest-scoring) tree of each species within the county, the list is expanded to include all registered county trees scoring within 70% of the state champion of the species.
